Part of the @CP-ICT programme has been implemented by means of a Call for Proposals to be published, evaluated and contracted by the ACP Secretariat.

The footages are expected to be done in districts in Yogyakarta, Central Java and West Java based on a proposal by the Contractor and agreed with the EC Delegation in Indonesia. The targets of the video and vignettes will be the members of the EU and related stakeholders, mass media and general public with special focus to European and Indonesian citizens.

The Commerce and Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) is a statutory agency of the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The agency is responsible for granting commercial rights to the owners of intellectual property and for granting rights of establishment to entities wishing to undertake commercial and non-profit activity in the domestic sector. CIPO functions as regulator of trade names, unincorporated associations and domestic and external companies.
The Office implemented an automated system for the processing of trademark applications. That system has to be extended to the processing of other categories of intellectual property.
The “Business Name Service” of CIPO is one of the e-services already integrated with the Government’s Official Web Portal. Therefore, any other new CIPO service has to based on similar institutional arrangements and compatible technical standards.
The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to support diversification, by further supporting development of alternative economic activities in the agricultural and other productive sectors.
