The general objective of the envisaged EU-funded program is to assist the Ministry of Family and Population in empowering vulnerable families and curbing population growth, while improving human development indicators.

1) establish a model for integrated family empowerment service centres (one-stop shops) that can be replicated at national level and serve as a guide to enhance national policies on family empowerment and population control,
