In response to the changes in the current sugar regime announced by the European Commission in June 2005, Malawi developed a National Adaptation Strategy (NAS).
The overarching objectives of the National Adaptation Strategy (NAS) are twofold:

In collaboration with the Technical Support Unit to the National EDF, the Ministry of Water and Hydraulics Program Coordination 9th EDF, the mission developed technical documents for this project, while facilitating the process validation of these documents by the Chadian authorities.
The overall objective has been to contribute to strengthening the partnership between Chad and the EC in the implementation of the sectoral policy of the water.

Two key religious sites have been identified to receive the funding, these being the Episcopal residence and the Seminary of St. Cyril and Methodius, both in Prizren, in the central old part of the town. Our consultancy consists in supervising the restoration works of the 2 ancient buildings.
